In the fall of 1996 Gilles Langevin
had a dream from the Lord to warn
people of what was to come.
In my dream I was walking with my
wife Diane and son Michael on a dirt
road in an open field where I could
see miles around. As I was walking
the ground rumbled a few seconds.
As we continued to walk the rumbling
increased stronger and stronger. I tu-
saw mountains about 60 miles away
and water was coming over the
mountains with trees and houses.
I turned around to look forward and
on my left was a huge rock sticking
up out of the ground shaped like and
egg 300 feet by 100 feet and 15 feet
high. The Lord told me that is where
I needed to go to be safe. We were
walking towards the rock and the
ground was shaking violently. I turned
and saw on my right thousands of
people running for the mountain.
I told them come this way you will be
safe on the rock. As soon as we
stepped onto the edge of the rock we
were safe. Both feet needed to be on
the rock on the edge or the top of the

mountain. Suddenly the wave came
with houses, trees and swept the peo-
crying but I couldn’t help them
because they decided to go to the
mountain instead of coming on the
rock. The rock was lower than the
mountain. I saw 100 ft high wave
come and collapse at the edge of the
rock, it couldn’t touch us. There was
no fear of the wave, the peace of the
Lord was on the rock. The Lord
said, “My Word is the the rock and
Your salvation, Your foundation in
Jesus Christ. “Tell My people to turn
to Me they will be safe.” says the
Lord.
The mountain is the deception of the
world. People will flee from
California to here. The Lord showed
me Miracle Valley will be a city of
refuge for His people. Built on the
firm foundation of Jesus Christ.
